Logindo Indonesia’s Journey in Offshore Support Vessels

Our History

Founded in 1995 by brothers Mr. Eddy Kurniawan Logam and Mr. Rudy Kurniawan Logam, PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk. began its journey as a marine logistics provider supporting Indonesia’s forestry sector, operating tugboats and barges.

What started as a modest venture has since grown into a prominent player in the Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) industry, serving the complex needs of offshore oil and gas operations.

A Journey of Transformation

By 1997, Logindo had shifted focus to offshore marine support services for the upstream oil and gas industry, securing its first major contract with Total E&P Indonesia. This marked a pivotal transition toward becoming a trusted partner in offshore energy logistics.

Over the decades, Logindo has built on that foundation, expanding its fleet, modernizing operations, and earning the trust of multinational energy clients. The Company has demonstrated remarkable resilience in navigating the cyclical nature of the oil and gas industry, including periods of downturn and transformation.

Charting the Path Ahead

Today, with a more efficient fleet, a capable shore team, and a strong balance sheet, Logindo is positioned for sustainable growth. Its commitment to safety, compliance, and long-term value creation continues to drive its mission to support energy projects in some of the region’s most challenging offshore environments.

Vision

To become Indonesia’s leading integrated industrial service company that contributes meaningfully to the industry and the nation.
