Audit Committee
The Audit Committee was formed by the Board of Commissioners in line with Bapepam-LK Rule No. IX.I.5 to assist in overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, audit processes, good corporate governance (GCG), and regulatory compliance.
The Committee consists of at least three members: one Independent Commissioner (who also serves as Chair) and two external members. Members are appointed and dismissed by the Board of Commissioners and reported to the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
Commissioner members serve the same term as the Board, while external members serve up to three years, with the Board retaining the right to dismiss them at any time.
The Audit Committee meets at least three times a year, submits regular reports to the Board, investigates financial reporting concerns, presents findings to relevant stakeholders, and ensures follow-up actions are monitored.
